I met this amazing lady last month. She told me about her delicious Apple Cake. I made it last week and I love it. This recipe is very easy, no fancy appliances needed, just a bowl, measuring cups and a fork! Check out more pictures and the recipe here.
3-4 apples (sliced thin-medium)
5 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
*Prepare and set aside
Dry Ingredients…
3 cups Flour
1 & 3/4 cups sugar
3tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4tsp cinnamon
*Mix together and set aside
Wet Ingredients…
1/4 cup orange juice
2 &1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp orange rind
4 eggs
1 cup oil
*Mix together
